The founders were JB (Jim) and Gord Nicholson, two brothers who basically started in their backyard and soon moved into a warehouse in Calgary, Alberta. With other Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario operations to follow, they were the forerunners who catered to the new changing methods in carpet cleaning, on location water damage restoration, and fire and smoke restoration. They were the first to bring into their head office in Calgary, Alberta, individual instructors to help educate their ever-expanding customer base. Names such as Lloyd Weaver, accredited to have developed the first on-location water damage drying system, Cliff Zlotnick with the world-famous Unsmoke System, Hydromaster truck mounts, Turbotech truck mounts, Esteem portables, Kleenrite equipment, chemicals and their instructor, Murray Cramer. Product lines carried were a private label brand of COSCOL, Chemspec, Unsmoke, Kleenrite, etc.

As a former customer, and since these friends have moved on to other endeavors since their COSCOL days and the closure of their legendary forerunning supply company, I felt it was a way of honoring them and the great effort they put into their educational programs and marketing help and the countless long-distance phone bills they incurred to help the new kids on the block and to BS with the old guys. Thanks goes out from myself to Jim and Gord and countless others who feel the same. So the yellow and black is back to help the new entrepreneur and the old guys exchanging new ideas and old stories!
