A Company Built on Innovation
A company geared to helping any new individual or company getting started or in operation in the cleaning or restoration business. Coscol began in the late 70's, and its accelerated growth was due to customer service and ongoing classroom settings with company instruction of now-legendary entrepreneurs that changed how things had previously been done.
Coscol's new owner got started in the late 70's with the powerful Aqua Clean Truck mount and a desire to help others get a start. We package the top industry leaders' knowledge and put it into a franchise. The name Concord Carpet Care was the marketing tool, where the customer could get all facets under one company. It offered TV ads, radio jingles, the best literature pack the industry could deliver, putting into many small towns and cities the first truck mounts, 30+ franchises were started. Others tried to copy this innovative approach, but not to any great success. By 1985 we changed the way of solving one of the big problems of steam cleaners leaving carpets wet. We are still the only ones that can protect a carpet properly because we can clean and dry. Employing our contribution to the industry – a hot air surface-to-surface dryer long before TES system – we were able to turn around some water damage in 24 hours (drying only), utilizing hot air technology.
